- All games will be played with an 11″ pink softball with an arc limit of 6′-16′<\/strong> on astroturf.<\/li>\n
- All players must wear gloves<\/strong> while on the field and pitchers must wear protective face gear while on the mound.<\/li>\n
- Cleats must be plastic or rubber spikes only (no metal allowed).<\/li>\n
- ASA and USSSA bats must pass the Crystal Lake bat compression test on-site<\/strong> and get a sticker to be used in play. Bats that already have a Crystal Lake sticker are pre-approved.<\/li>\n
- Teams are chosen before the tournament starts<\/b>\u00a0and constructed with all skill levels to provide the most competitive games. We reserve the right to shift teams as needed if they were created off-balance to create competitive gameplay for everyone.<\/li>\n
- Coolers are allowed. Outside alcohol, chewing gum, and seeds are prohibited. Concessions will be open.<\/b><\/li>\n
- Families, friends, kids and dogs are welcome. Dogs must remain on leashes and under control at all times.\u00a0Good sportsmanship is expected from all players, fans, & families.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n<\/div>\nThe tournament is on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake, IL (see map below).<\/h4>\n

- Check-in opens promptly at 7:30 a.m., and the line moves quickly. Registration closes as soon as the line is gone.<\/li>\n
- The opening Ceremony and team designation follows immediately.<\/li>\n
- Gameplay will last until approximately 3 p.m. (depending on the number of teams). Awards and Raffles will follow immediately. Karaoke will start after the raffles until sunset.<\/li>\n
- Park Address: 851 W. Route 176, one mile west of Route 14, Crystal Lake, IL (East Entrance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n\u00a0The event is rain or shine and will not be rescheduled. In the event of rain, a dance party will be under the pavilion.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
